Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using GHL Cloner. By installing or using the extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
GHL Cloner is operated by I/E Aleksei Kulikov, registered in Georgia, with a business address at Gakhokidze str. № 59, Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

GHL Cloner is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc. HIGHLEVEL and Go High Level are registered trademarks of HighLevel, Inc.
2. Description of Service
GHL Cloner is a browser extension that allows users to copy GoHighLevel funnels, pages, and workflows from one GoHighLevel account and paste them into another via the GoHighLevel admin interface. The extension operates exclusively on GoHighLevel-powered websites and injects scripts and reads the DOM solely to perform cloning operations initiated by the user.
The extension is designed for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc.). Functionality on non-Chrome browsers is not officially tested or guaranteed.
A valid GoHighLevel account is required to use GHL Cloner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this service. By using GHL Cloner, you represent that you meet these requirements. The service is intended for business use.
4. Credits and Payments
4.1 Credit-Based System
GHL Cloner operates on a credit-based model. One (1) credit equals one (1) page clone. Credits do not expire.
4.2 Free Credits
New users receive 3 free credits upon first use of the extension. Free credits are limited to one set per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
4.3 Paid Plans
Additional credits are available for purchase:

4.4 No Subscriptions
GHL Cloner does not offer subscription-based billing. All purchases are one-time payments for a fixed number of credits.
4.5 No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon use. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, partial use, or any other reason. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use GHL Cloner to clone funnels, pages, and workflows for which you hold proper authorization — including your own funnels, funnels belonging to clients you manage, or funnels for which the rights holder has given you explicit permission.
5.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Clone, copy, or reproduce funnels, pages, or content you do not own or do not have authorization to copy.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits fraudulently.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to GHL Cloner or your credits.
- Use GHL Cloner in any manner that violates GoHighLevel’s own terms of service.
- Use GHL Cloner for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.3 Intellectual Property Respect
GHL Cloner is a tool — the responsibility for respecting third-party intellectual property rights lies entirely with you. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of third-party content performed through the extension.
6. Anti-Fraud
We employ anti-fraud mechanisms to prevent abuse of the free credit system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts. Specific anti-fraud measures are not disclosed.
7. Data We Collect
By using GHL Cloner, you acknowledge that we collect and store:
- Your email address (used for account identification and communication).
- Payment information as provided by our payment processors.
- Cloned page URLs — we record the URLs of pages cloned through the extension for service quality monitoring (e.g., tracking clone success/failure rates and improving compatibility).

8. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
GHL Cloner is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the extension. We are not liable for service downtime caused by changes to the GoHighLevel platform, browser updates, or any other third-party factors outside our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I/E Aleksei Kulikov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of GHL Cloner.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GHL Cloner at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your unused credits will be forfeited without refund.
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of GHL Cloner after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
